Radhasri (Rhonda Fogel) enseigne le
yoga depuis 1998 et était coordonnatrice
du son studio, d’abord basé à Vancouver,
pendant 8 ans. Elle est actuellement le
seul professeur certifié en Shadow Yoga
enseignant au Canada.

Lesley has a gift for helping students understand and master their singing voice. She teaches how the voice functions rather than teaching sound,
which sets her apart from most voice instructors. Once you understand how your voice works,
which part is responsible for what, you are more directed in your efforts and progress is
usually much more rapid. Like all good approaches to singing, she covers key points of
anatomy that relate to singing including posture, breath, breath support, phonation,
resonance (projection), vowels, articulation, registers, register changes, range
extension, tone quality, vibrato, voice classification and vocal styles to name a few.

Laurel has always felt most alive when she is expressing herself in the physical world. She has studied ballet, contemporary dance and various types of movement therapy. For the last ten years Laurel has studied Ashtanga yoga, and she recently completed her teachers training with Allison Ulan, Jesse Goldberg, Eugene Poku and Hart Lazer. Currently, Laurel teaches yoga at various Montreal studios as well as at the McGill Music Department as part of the Yoga for Musicians Health Program. She teaches Street Dance workshops to grades one through to six at Royal
Vale Public School and she also works as an independent contemporary dance choreographer and performer.
